In the'' Buy Now'' section, you can buy products I already have in stock- or have a fabric in stock.
It means I can ship the product within a few days from the moment of purchase.
Everything in my shop is made by me in my sewing studio based in Scotland.
2.Sewing Services.
I offer all kinds of sewing services to individual customers.
I also collaborate with Scottish companies, so feel free to contact me if you need a manufacturer.
I specialize in Kilt Making and Kilt alteration, but I am happy to carry on any kind of alteration.
You can visit me in my studio or simply post an item to get it altered.
My sewing studio is fully equipped with industrial sewing machines capable of carrying any kind of job.
I have experience in manufacturing wedding napkins in large quantities, collaborating with upholstery specialists, and making cushion covers of all kinds.
3. Made to Measure.
When you buy a garment that is made to your measurements, you have a guarantee it will fit you perfectly.
I don't believe in size labels.
I believe in tape measure, and this is what you will need to take your measurements.
In my shop, you will find skirts, Kilts, and waistcoats- all made to your exact measurements.
If you can't see the product you are looking for, please contact me and there is a chance I will be able to make it for you.
Every garment is made by me to the measurements provided.
You should carefully measure yourself using a tape measure.
When buying a product, you will be able to choose the exact measurement in inches from the drop-down.
You can always contact me if you prefer to provide the measurements in centimeters.
Shipping & Returns:
1. Free UK Shipping.
I offer free UK shipping for all orders.
I use Royal Mail service in most situations.
The shipping time depends on how much time I need to make a product.
'' Buy Now'' products are usually sent within 2-3 days.
'' Made to Measure '' products are sent within 3-10 days from the moment of purchase.
If I need to order special fabric, or there are other custom requests, the shipping time might be longer.
Please, contact me if your order is urgent.
2.I ship worldwide.
Any order placed from outside of the UK will be sent with the most appropriate shipping service.
For smaller items, the Royal Mail seems to be the most reliable.
It takes about 5-10 days for delivery to the USA.
Delivery to Europe takes about 3-10 days.
When the package is bigger, I use DHL or similar.
Please, contact me if you require a fast shipment.
The postage cost for customers outside the UK is £17.00 added at the checkout
3. Returns.
I have been selling my products for a few years and never have had any unhappy customers.
All my products are described with honesty, I also attach a lot of photos.
If you are unsure about the fabric feel, please contact me and I will be happy to send you a fabric sample.
You can contact me if you have any questions.
Customers are responsible for taking the measurements correctly.
If the measurements are not taken correctly and the garment doesn't fit, I am happy to offer an alteration service for an extra charge.
I am always happy to guide you on how to take measurements.
Very often, with a custom order, we will exchange multiple emails regarding the order.
