Every product available on the website is made in my sewing studio.
Stock items can be returned up to 14 days from the receipt provided.
A refund will be offered for the purchase price only.
Postage costs will not be included in the refund.
Made-to-order items/ Clothing made to measure
cannot be returned without prior consent.
Customers are responsible for taking the measurements correctly.
I am very responsive to any questions, I am happy to give advice on how to take measurements correctly.
Customers can request fabric samples if unsure about the fabric feel.
If the measurements are not taken correctly and the garment doesn’t fit, I am happy to offer an alteration service for an extra charge.
